• | go to admin page and click Chart Tab Editor |
• | from this screen click the Add Tab button |
• | enter the information for this tab |
• | give the tab an abbreviation name (WHY?) |
• | Once the tab is created you will return to the Chart tab editor home screen |
• | Now the tab needs to told what type of documents it will store |
• | Highlight the new tab and click continue |
• | In this screen you must attach a document to the tab, this will ensure that all document categorized as this type of document will be placed under this tab in the patient’s chart |
