The insurance details screen contains three sections:
Patient's Policies
This sections contains a list of the patient's insurance policies. New policies can be created, and existing policies can be moved up and down on the list, made active or inactive, or deleted.
Enter/Update Insurance Details
Enter the patient's new policy information and edit the existing plan's information.
Guarantor Details
Enter the information of the person responsible for the patient's bill. A guarantor must be entered for each of the patient's policies.
