Verification Worksheet
The verification worksheet is simply a spreadsheet of the patient's charges from the entered by the physician or other staff. As you can see, the columns represent the entry boxes and the information entered into them. However, the following is a brief description of the last five columns:
Status
|
Patient is active or inactive. This designates if the patient is still admitted to the hospital or has been discharged.

CO
|
Carry over, if checked will allow the patient entry to advance to the next date. If unchecked, the entry is determined to be final and will not carry over to the next day.

Charged
|
This determines the status of the charge whether it is charged, not charged, or no charge.

Edit
|
Allows the patient entry to be edited. See example below.

Del
|
Once checked, and multiple boxes can be checked, click the delete button on the control button to delete the entry or entries.
