Add/Edit Rooms to Schedule

This module allows the user to add, edit, or delete rooms associated with a particular schedule.

Select the schedule you want to work with and click new to add a new room to the selected schedule.

Enter the room name and room type. Next, enter the facility associated with the selected schedule you want to add this new room. Click the drop down arrow to bring up the list of associated facilities.

Highlight and click the facility you want to ch

To schedule an association for the room:

Highlight, and select, by clicking the room you want to add and association to

To add the new association:

 

1.Click New

 

2.Select a schedule from the drop down list

 

3.click submit to save
