This modules allows the patient to create a new invoice for sending medical charts.
The top portion of this page allows you to enter the information needed to create a new invoice and create reports based on those invoices. The bottom portion of the screen contains a created invoice list. This list also provides the options for viewing the invoice and editing the invoice's payment information.
