ID#

The identification number of the device. This is a number given to the device by office or clinical staff for tracking purposes.

Type

The type of device. This name is given by office or clinical staff to describe the device.

Serial#

The serial number is given by the manufacturer of the device and listed here for tracking purposes.

Location

The location of the device refers to the physical location of the device. If a practice has multiple locations each device can be set to the proper location.

Move

Allows the device to be changed in the list to another location if the practice has multiple locations.

Delete

Deletes the device from the list.
