Encounter

An 'Encounter' is a documentation of any patient-physician interaction. This is the point where the Patient is cared for and the Practitioners provide quality and profession health care.  This is also the point where Panacea is at its best, aiding the Practitioners in their objective and creating accurate and timely record of the encounter.
