HPN Chart offers a practice a method for generating statistics about their patients. The generate patient list module allows the user to search using four criteria problem list, medication, lab tests, and patient demographics to produce a list of patients matching the search criteria.
Search by Problems
To add a problem enter the ICD-9 code or type the problem in the text box. Here, shortness of breath is being added to the search criteria. Once the add button is clicked, HPN Chart adds shortness of breath to the search box.
