• | Click on the apt reason that you want to add to the schedule |
• | The click associated schedules, click new and choose the schedule you would like to associate it with |
• | Then choose the correct template that your schedule is under, for example: the apt schedule templates would be under exam room flow, which is the first option under the template drop down box |
• | You can continue to go back to the add/edit appt reason to schedule and add all the apt types that you would like to each schedule, as many as you need |
• | After each time you add a apt reason you must click submit --- note: you can also choose to make apt reason inactive as will by clicking on the reason and clicking inactive link below |
