The immunization records for a patient can be entered, edited, and maintained with the immunization module. To enter a new immunization for a patient click the immunization button on the ribbon.
Select the patient and click the new button to begin entering the information.
Enter all of the immunization information for the patient. HPN Chart will inform you if you have not entered all the required fields of information. Click submit to save the entry to the database.
Below is the immunization record of the selected patient. To edit one of the records highlight the record by clicking the select button beside the record and click the edit button.
Make the corrections or additions and click the submit button to save the modifications.
