The user can search for a practitioner using several criteria including:

Internal -- An internal clinical association means that the practitioner is a member of the practice's home facility. In addition to this meaning, an internal clinical association allows the practitioner to view all of the patient associated with the home facility.
External -- An external clinical association means that the practitioner is a member of the practice but is restricted to seeing only the patinet
