A template manager to create any new template for clinical data capture.
Data capture screens can be grouped under various logical sections (tabs).
A set of pre-defined sections e.g., prescription writer, problem list, encounter sheet etc, can be included in a template.
Data capture is internally structured as decision trees.
User can traverse a tree branch depending upon the questioning logic and the patient's medical condition/response.
Ability to repeat tree nodes dynamically.
The tree nodes can be displayed using stack, tab, and flow styles.
