The facilities selection menu as shown in Front Desk Figure 87 provides the capability to set the appointment schedule to display a specific factility or all facilities within a schedule.
To select a facility appointment schedule:
| 1. | Roll the cursor over the Facility Selection Menu. The menu pick list will appear. |
| 2 | Click the facility name or “all facilities”. |
| 3. | The appointment schedule for the selected facility will be displayed. |
