The patient demographic record has a section to record what insurance plans the patient has. The plans are created and maintained here. To locate a plan, enter the first few letters of the "Plan Name" in the top, left text field. The list of "Insurance Plans" will move to that area of the list. We can scroll until we find it. Select it and the information will populate in the fields to the right. They can be edited. To add a plan, simply click "New" and the text fields will clear, enter the new data and click "Save." |
