All of the important documents concerning a patient’s care are contained in the Patient’s Chart.  The documents in the Patient’s Chart are digital thereby eliminating paper documents.  However the documents can be printed, emailed and faxed as required.  The electronic documents that are created as part of the patient’s visit are automatically filed in the patient’s chart thereby eliminating manual filing errors.  The paper documents received mostly from outside are converted to electronic form and faxed documents already in electronic form are “manually” filed into the patient’s chart.
