This report will list all appointments based on the filter selection.   (See the report section in the Front Desk Chapter for a description of the filters).

This report will display:        

1. Ordered by:
a.Schedule
b.Date & Time
2.Displays        

 a        MR#

 b        Patient’s Name

 c.        Reason

 d.        Telephone Number(s)

 e.        Remarks         - Physician’s Name and Telephone Number – Appointment Type

 f.        Date Appointment created

 g.        Referral Status

 h.        Amount Due from Patient

No Show List

 

This report will list patient that did not show up for their appointment based on the filter selection.   (See the report section in the Front Desk Chapter for a description of the filters).

This report will display:

 b        Patient’s Name

 c.        Patient’s Address

This report will list patients that have not visited or had an appointment since a specific date and based on the filter selection.  This report is used to identify patient’s that had an follow-up appointment and choose to skip it.
